I have never met such welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and efficient sales women as I have at Descar jewelers. I went in to get some links removed from two watches. The first sales woman was welcoming and very kind. Another sales woman tried to remove the links, but was unable to, so the watches were sent to a watch pro. As this was being discussed, I asked a question about my Cape Cod bracelet. A third sales women straightened the wire and even cleaned it! I was amazed at the service and the out-going willingness to help. When I returned to pick up my watches, there were quite a few patrons. Regardless of the amount of clients, when it was my turn, I wasn’t rushed. I was treated the same way as when I first visited the store. At no time was I pressured to purchase anything. I was shown some items that appealed to me, but again, no pressure to buy.Having been in sales, I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience. Kudos to these saleswomen that I was fortunate to meet. Thank you Maria, Tina and Stephanie for your help. I think collectively, you should teach “Sales techniques 101”. I am looking forward to patronizing Descar jewelers as occasions arise. Their merchandise and customer relations are superb!
